Caught Vienna at the Blue Rock Shoot (what on earth is a blue rock shoot anyway?) last Saturday. It was a nice night to listen to music. Downtown Saratoga is nice with its outdoor restaurants and lights in the trees.
Vienna performed some of her Waking Hour songs as well as some unreleased stuff.
One song that got me to thinking was an unreleased song written from the point of view of a deceased victim of a car crash. One of my friends who was a groomsman in my wedding died on XMAS eve 1999 while driving home for the holidays. It was a hard way to start the new millenium : (
Anyway, loved the show and can't wait to see another.
