5 October 2001 A more scatterbrained set of entries than usual, today. These really will be just notes on what's swimming in my head. My music career goes exactly as it should: when I put effort into it, it responds, and when I relax and coast a little, nothing really happens. I'm currently in a sort of coasting period, steady performances notwithstanding...at the tail end of it though, emerging slowly into the motivated part of the sinusoid again. These days the world gives back considerably for each small push I make. I'm grateful for that, and I should make good use of it. - VT
